Sprint 1: US food delivery case - Dumpling. Unit analysis and adaptation to the Ukrainian market.
  • Calculated CAC for the primary target audience and found how to reduce the cost of customer acquisition by 20% by optimizing the sales funnel;
  • Determined an additional point of profit for the company, thanks to the deduction of 2.5% commission from the check from supermarkets (due to this, the commission for the buyer from one order has decreased);
  • Identified growth drivers and growth assessment metrics. Understanding what to follow and what to pay attention to in the first place;
  • It was possible to determine the optimal Retention Rate for the primary target audience;
  • Determined that to achieve the target turnover of $ 1 million, it would be necessary to attract a different target audience and expand the channels.

Sprint 2 and 3: Case study for food delivery Самокат.
  • Learned how to calculate the market's PAM, TAM, SAM, SOM. This made it possible to understand to what extent the market is acceptable for a launch;
  • Analyzed direct and indirect competitors and foreign analogs. I concluded that the main competitor is the habit of going to the store and to the market;
  • Created JTBD and CJM. Deeply began to understand all the problems and desires of the target audience;
  • Defined 2 indicators of 'betterness' and drew a matrix of leadership. These steps helped me to determine how to outperform competitors;
  • Developed a clickable app prototype in Figma. UX design and prototyping showed where the blind spots are and what gaps I should pay attention to;
  • Created a scenario and conducted 3 Usability tests. In practice, I saw the use of the application. The client's path according to the given scenario differed from expectations. Based on the results- changed and finalized the product;
  • Painted a working business model of the project 'on 1 sheet'. Applied 3 additional business models and 3 ways to monetize the product. I found extra growth points for an existing business and learned to look at any project differently.

Graduation Sprint 4: Case Study X5 Retail Group.
Task: Develop a product that allows you to purchase products online for HoReCa.
  • I assembled a landing page on Tilda to launch traffic for the 'leads' conversion for further processing by the sales department. Connected with Google Analytics and Tag Manager;
  • Made website integration with Telegram, Mailchimp, and Airtable via Integromat. These 0 code tools will allow you to test MVP cheaply without development costs;
  • Designed A/B testing of a landing page to test conversion actions with different USPs. I used Google Optimize and Tilda. This action allows you to understand which USP converts better into applications;
  • Created a chatbot to send news to partners about adding new positions. A fast, cheap, and effective way of touching with the client;
  • Designed a database using Airtable and Integromat.
